Chilli Con Carne

Method

  1. Cook onion, pepper, beef & garlic.

  2. Add tomato puree, stock, cumin, cayenne pepper, chilli powder, oregano & salt. Cover & reduce heat. Simmer for approx. 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Stir in beans, cover & simmer for a further 2/3 minutes until the beans are heated through.

  4. Serve with boiled rice and / or garlic bread.
